On may 16, 2025, at 2am, Norman and Sally flew to Manila to join the FamilyLife team for the much-anticipated 3-day annual retreat (May 17–19, 2025) at Timberland Highlands Resort in San Mateo, Rizal. Situated in the mountains, the resort offered a beautiful and peaceful setting—ideal for rest, reflection, and meaningful connection.
The retreat was more than just a break from their usual routines; it was a time to be refreshed spiritually, physically, emotionally, and relationally. They are grateful for the wonderful opportunity to reconnect with our fellow FamilyLife colleagues, share stories, encourage one another, and simply enjoy each other’s company outside of our ministry responsibilities.
The team-building sessions were both engaging and enriching, the fellowship was rich, and the unhurried moments with God were truly refreshing. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, They were once again reminded of God’s goodness and faithfulness. We left with renewed vision and strengthened commitment to our mission of building strong, godly families.
